Legislative Information and Resources

The PTA monitors and collects information on introduced legislation or policy that could impact the Pennsylvania towing industry.

After compiling as much detail as possible from legislators, government departments, law enforcement and other entities, we receive input from our board and members on whether to support or oppose a measure, and communicate our position to the appropriate legislators and agencies.
